In contrast to many devices that do not achieve the expected success, we work with a new technology that enables a relatively high energy input by splitting the light pulses into several so-called daughter pulses. The pulse length and pause times can also be precisely adjusted. This allows for more intensive treatment that is gentle on the skin and tissue. Acne is mainly caused by blockage of the ducts of the sebaceous glands (hyperkeratosis) in combination with an overproduction of sebum (seborrhoea). When the sebaceous glands become keratinised, the sebum builds up and blackheads form. These can break open and attract bacteria that break down the sebum. This produces cleavage products that can trigger inflammatory reactions. The result: after a short time, pimples form on the affected areas.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/div>\r\n<\/div>
